What is Aluminium Silicon Alloy and how is it used?

What kinds of Silicon-Aluminum Alloys Are Available?

Hypoeutectic silicon aluminum alloy. The silicon content ranges from 9% to 12 percent.


Eutectic silicon aluminium alloy. The silicon content varies between 11% and 13%.


Hypereutectic silicon aluminium alloy. The silicon content is between 15 and 20 percent.


High-silicon aluminum alloy. Silicon content is higher than 22%, typically 25-70%, but up to 80 percent.
