Titanium foam is a new type of material that can be used for a number of purposes. It is a flexible material with a silver appearance that is extremely durable and highly energy absorbent. It is a very unique foam that can be used for a number of different applications from bioengineering to chemical industry and gas purification.

Foam Fabrication: Various synthetic polymers are used in the production of foam materials. These foams are commonly used in packaging, insulation, cushioning and acoustics. The types of foams include polyurethane, polyethylene and polyester foam.

ti foam – The best insulating foam

There are many types of foams but each one has certain characteristics that make it useful for certain types of applications. These characteristics include lightweightness, compressibility, low thermal conductivity and low water vapor transmission among others.

LePage Tite Foam – The insulating foam that expands to seal gaps and cracks.

EVA foam – Ethene-vinyl acetate copolymer crosslinked foaming material that has the features of density is low, physical property is good, weatherability is great and development in recent years is very rapid.

It can be made into a variety of products including: mattress, children floor, lifesaving goods and high-grade sports shoes etc.

A deodorant integrated in the foam material by the invention is a very clever way to get rid of the methane amide that has been known to be an issue for EVA foaming products. The deodorant is able to chelate with the ammonia radical and adsorb it effectively to remove the methane amide without affecting the properties of the EVA foam material.
