MPEG-350, MPEG-550, MPEG-750, MPEG-1500 are widely used in the cosmetics, skin-care industry, as cream, ointment, paste stick class of matrix and viscosity regulator, and can play a thickening effect. MPEG-2000 reacts with acrylic acid or methacrylic acid to prepare MPEG (methyl) acrylate, which is the main macromolecular monomer for producing carboxylic acid high-efficiency cement water reducing agent. The polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency cement water-reducing agent synthesized with this raw material has the ability to maintain the dispersion of cement particles.
